Projects
Since its formation in 2010, the Symphonic Windband of Córdoba has carried out several projects that have endowed the group with social and human content. His constant struggle to achieve social and educational goals, have made many professors of high consideration have participated in the partial tests; we have visited a large part of the province of Córdoba; or we have helped a large audience to discover the music that is currently made in the world of symphonic bands, in places where they do not usually have the opportunity.
SYMPHONIC SEASON
The Symphonic Windband of Córdoba develops its main activity in the city of Córdoba, where it performs most of its symphonic format performances. It presents a season of concerts in which he performs the great repertoire of current music for symphonic band and part of the repertoire composed by the composers of excellence in the history of orchestral music.
PROVINCE CONCERTS
From the start, the Symphonic Windband of Cordoba has taken its commitment to bringing symphonic large format music to every possible corner very seriously. Within these concerts we have visited most of the towns that make up the Cordoba province, reaping great recognition in each one of them.
EDUCATIVE PROJECT
Una de los principales compromisos de la Banda Sinfónica de Córdoba es el desarrollo de un proyecto educativo que acompañe a los jóvenes estudiantes de la ciudad a crecer como músicos. a complementar sus estudios académicos mediante la música en conjunto.
Para ello, durante años muchos profesores han compartido su trabajo con nosotros. Además, los propios músicos han disfrutado de conciertos de solistas.
